Broga Teachers
Andy Gill
By day Andy works as a TV producer, but by night he likes to put on some lycra and go out and fight crime. No, wait, that's not right, he doesn't even like lycra... By night he likes to spend a couple of hours on the yoga mat sweating, strengthening and stretching.
Andy discovered yoga several years ago when some friends brought him to a Bikram yoga class, and 90 minutes later he was hooked. He went on to try out a variety of different practices and found both the physical and mental benefits of regular practice to be truly life changing.
As well as being one of the first Broga teachers to be put through the ringer at the inaugural bootcamp, Andy is a RYT200hr qualified hatha and vinyasa teacher.

Court Stefanowicz
Hailing from New York, Court discovered yoga when she was a teenager and developed a regular hot yoga practice during the long, cold Vermont winters she endured while in University. The effects yoga had on her general fitness, physique and overall outlook changed her life. She believes a dedicated practice and hard work on the mat reaps major benefits.
In addition to being one of the original Broga ambassadors, Court is an RYT200hr qualified hatha and vinyasa yoga teacher as well as a 70hr tapasya hot yoga instructor.
Don't let the sweetness fool you, Court is highly skilled, very technical and she'll kick your asana on the mat!

Alex Siebmans
By day , Alex is a Swede working in the London investment banking world. But, when she is not strutting around the city in a suit she loves spending every spare minute exercising and promoting a healthy way
of life.
Coming from a ballet, gymnastics and strong sports background where hypermobile joints and lack of proper strength training lead to a life changing knee injury, Alex is passionate about strengthening and lengthening. Gym training and a change in lifestyle helped her avoid surgery and with one hand on the yoga mat and the other chalked up ready to lift some weights, she considers Broga to be the perfect workout for anyone willing to sweat and work hard. In addition to movement of any kind she loves to experiment in the kitchen creating incredible raw food and paleo treats for events and yoga studios.
Or you can just stalk her on twitter @_alexsie_
Niko Geo
Niko is amongst the first Broga ambassadors. An ex city-worker, who gave up Ship Finance to spend his days teaching classes barefoot. Originally trained in Hatha and Vinyasa flow yoga, certified in Tapasya hot yoga, with an increasing interest for fitness and competitive indoor sports. Loves life, sweat, peanut butter and teaches with a funky Greek accent and a dash for humour.
Jess Szabo
One fiercely Canadian nomad, Jess started practicing yoga after 15 years of competitive sport left her nursing a serious back injury, a torn meniscus, repeatedly broken ankles, noses and pretty much anything else you can think of! Gymnastics and diving were great for flexibility but she had never built up the complimentary strength to keep everything aligned and protected from injury.
Not being overly impressed with her first yoga class (umm she had to be quiet and still, not her strengths!), she was convinced by a friend to go back for one more and loved it. That was 10 years ago and she hasn't stopped flowing and om-ing her way around the globe. Jess first became certified in Hatha, Vinyasa and Hot yoga in the UK and recently completed the first Broga teacher training. She has taught in the UK, Indian and Canada. If you happen to be on the Gold Coast, Australia, she's currently there yoga-ing with a bit of studying Law on the side.

Henrietta Greene
Born and bred Londoner, Henrietta stumbled across Broga® by accident one day when the weights room just didn't appeal. With experience in yoga, rowing and an interest in all things new for the body, she quickly became hooked. Proving Broga® is not just for bros, Henrietta's aim is to fire up the inner Brogi in anyone who's game. As well as eat her way around the world, one bizarre street food and delicacy to the next.
William Fullerton
Fitness training has always come naturally to me. This ranges from the classes I teach in Belfast, to encouraging my clients to hit their own personal goals. Broga has not only helped me succeed, it has put in place the confidence I need to talk to people I come in contact with in class and in general chats about the social and health benefits of Broga. After 10 years of dismissing yoga training, Broga proved to change my perception, now setting me a challenge to catch up on what I've missed and I invite you to do the same! You do not require any previous experience, you simply need the desire to succeed, get stronger and leaner and to listen to your body.
